Dr. Vincent Han is an accredited Family Physician with the Family Medicine Accreditation Board. He is the Resident Family Physician of A Medical Clinic, Everton Park.
Dr. Vincent graduated with a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery from Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine, National University of Singapore. He received his membership in the Royal College of Surgeons of Ireland. Following that, Dr. Vincent joined a Family Medicine residency with National University Health Systems and completed his training with a Master of Medicine (Family Medicine). During his residency, he was appointed Assistant Chief Resident. He had the opportunity to train across wide-ranging and relevant disciplines in tertiary hospitals, nursing homes, and palliative care services. With his experience and training in all aspects of primary care, Dr. Vincent is proficient in providing holistic medical care for patients of all ages. His clinical interests include chronic disease management (Hypertension, Diabetes, Hyperlipidemia), weight management, and geriatrics.
With a passion for medical education, Dr. Vincent continues to be actively involved in training new family medicine trainees with the National University Health Systems and the College of Family Physicians. He was awarded the Interprofessional Teaching Award in 2020 and appointed Physician Faculty for the Family Medicine Residency Programme for National University Health System (NUHS).
