Dr. Lim graduated from the National University of Singapore, Yong Loo Lin of Singapore with the Bachelors Degree in Medicine and Surgery (MBBS). He was conferred the Graduate Diploma of Family Medicine (GDFM) by the College of Family Physicians Singapore (CFPS) together with the National University of Singapore (NUS). Dr. Lim is also a Ministry of Manpower certified all hazards Designated Workplace Doctor (DWD) completing the Graduate Diploma of Occupational Medicine (GDOM) from the National University of Singapore. Dr. Lim has certified competency to perform Aesthetic Procedures with Certificates of Competence from the National Skin Center (NSC) and Aesthetic Dermatology Education Group (ADEG). He also holds a Diploma in Aesthetic Medicine from the American Association of Aesthetics Medicine (AAAM).
Dr. Lim is multilingual and having done clinical rotations in Medicine, Surgery, Orthopaedics, ICU, Emergency and Children’s Emergency, he is comfortable in the management of the family unit from young infants to elderly patients.
Dr. Lim founded the Lim Lian Hock Medical Bursary which pledges to financially support students from the Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine yearly. Dr. Lim strongly believes in the life-transforming importance of education and hopes to inspire generations to come to give back to their community freely and willingly.
